Alright, this post inaugurates the Edman family purge. When we first moved into this place almost 3 years ago, we were fortunate enough to obtain a lot of stuff for free from other families who were moving away. We want to pass it along. Please let us know if you would like to have any of this. Each description will give an availability date.
This is an old sewing machine. Available now. Also available is the tool bench. Available May.
This is a swivel chair we inherited from the Lintons. Has a tear but is mighty comfy. Available May.
This is a hutch to the desk below that we have used as a storage shelf. Available whenever the desk is. (See below)
This is the desk I use for my crafts. If you are in dire need of one I might be convinced to give it up now. If not, May as usual.
This is one of two Ikea lamps that work well but are a bit flimsy and would probably break going across the country. Both available May.
These two couches have been great. They don't look the greatest but a nice slip cover would do wonders. Both available May.
This is one of two side tables. Available anytime.
Finally, a kitchen shelving unit and microwave. Both available in May. When in May for all of this? Well, we plan on moving out May 16 or 17th so probably during that week beforehand.

The inner boy in me wants the tool bench, but I guess I'll let some real boy claim it. When are you giving away rock band?
Well, we sold the Rock Band instruments and game last fall. We plan on keeping the Rock Band 2 instruments. ;)
If the sewing machine isn't spoken for, I'd love it. Possibly the craft table and office chair too. I'll talk to Briggs and let you know very soon.
Sure thing Natalie. Give Jayne a call to come by and check out the sewing machine. I guess there is something funny about it that Jayne would have to explain. The chair and desk are as good as yours in a few months.
Hey, we would love the lamp and changing table if no one already claimed them! Just let us know when you're ready to get rid of them and we'll come pick them up!
What? You aren't moving the office chair!!! Come on now.. Good for you guys, you are getting rid of lots of stuff. It is nice to start fresh. Good luck with the move and everything..
